The bubble only lasted 5 hands. There were a few short stack survival's including one player hitting a king on the river with his A-K to best pocket 5's. The bubble bursting hand happened in a blind vs blind confrontation. A short stacked player completed from the small blind and Jason Yniguez (Brooklyn, NY) checked his option. The flop came K-9-5 and the short stack moved all in and was quickly called by Jason. Jason held K-8 and was ahead of the 9-6 his opponent held. The turn and river were blanks and we are down to 45. Jason is up to 1.3 million after the hand.
