Event 22: 8th place Mantin

$350 + $50  No Limit Hold'em (Re-Entry)

Blinds 10K/20K Ante 3K

Joe Galazzo opened the action for 40K. Pablo one seat to his left made it 130K to go. Mitchell Mantin, one seat to Pablo's left, moved all in for 397K total. It got back to Joe who after a moment declared that he was all in as well. Pablo didn't hesitate, pushing his chips in the middle, and we had a three way all in pot. The hands:

Joe: Jacks
Mitchell: AK
Pablo: Aces

Pablo had picked up a perfect time to get aces but could he survive two opponents? The flop came T♣7♣5 keeping him well ahead of the others. The turn was the 9♠ giving Joe six outs now instead of two. The river was the 5♠. Pablo was the shortest stack so he won the one million chip main pot while Joe had more chips and the better hand than Mitchell to win a very small (approximately 125K) side pot.

Mitchell Mantin (Atlantic City, NJ) - $2,546
