Johnson Nguyen is turning his win for over 100K in an earlier Borgata Poker Open event into another deep run. He's currently sitting with 1.3 million in chips and told me "I'm going to get it to two million by the end of the day." It's good to have confidence. Even better to be running hot. Nguyen has both going for him right now.
After losing a pot with queens against a weak ace, Alex Rocha had fallen below the one million chip mark. He's up above that again thanks to pocket aces and an opponent willing to call him down on a Q-T-6-5-8 board. We are down to 64 players with a 557K (72 big blinds) average stack.
