After calling an 11,500 bet on the river, Marguerite Spagnuolo (Staten Island, NY) discovered her straight was beat by a full house.
"I knew something was wrong when that went check, check" she said. Apparently her opponent checked his boat until the river, when he bet.
"Woo!" She said, celebrating that she lost the minimum on that hand.
She's in good shape with ~250k with three levels left to play tonight.
Marguerite won the Ladies event here during the 2013 Borgata Summer Poker Open, good for $4,766.
