Franco Bonacci (Pittsburgh, PA) is up to ~320k and the chip lead.

Franco has two Borgata Open titles to his credit already.  He won the $1k Six Max No Limit Hold'em event during the 2011 Borgata Spring Poker Open, for $33,174.  Then he won the $350 Big Stack NLH event during the 2012 Borgata Summer Poker Open for $23,191.
