Looking down at Cowboys (KK) is a great feeling, but being one might even be better.

"It's my poker persona first," says John Strumph (Southampton, NY),  "and I train show horses for a living,"

Last year in this event, Strumph says he made it to Day 2 and "about 50 spots from the money,"  so he's looking for "bigger and better," in the tournament.

Ellen Lambeth (Charlotte, NC) was the last woman standing in the kickoff event ($560) of January's Borgata Winter Poker Open; she finished 32nd for $6,000.

Adam Bachrach (Santa Monica, CA) is visiting friends and family and says he last played at Borgata a few years ago when he "won a tournament on Christmas Eve."
