Michael Bennigton moves all in for 7.5 million on a 9 Q J A board and Igor Skochilo snap calls with the turned flush (8 9).

Bennington is drawing dead with A♣ 10 and finishes in 17th place for $9,755.

"It's better than a sharp stick in the eye," says Bennington who is an emergency doctor, who just moved to Las Vegas. After a runner-up finish in the WSOP Millionaire Maker for nearly $750,000, he's putting medicine on hold and taking a shot at poker.

"This is my first time here," says Bennington. "The place is beautiful, it's been great. This is only the first event and I'm hoping for a lot more (success). It's a blast."

Skochilo takes the chip lead at more than 20 million.  Start of Day 3 chip leader Dan Wach has lost 2 million is down to 12 million.
